All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

What happens when you place an order? After you have submitted your order we will send you an order confirmation email and we will then send you a further email when we despatch the goods at this point unless you have cancelled the order or unless for some reason it has been rejected the contract of sale between both parties will have been made. 

Returns/ Guarantees Policy If you are not satisfied that the product is as described or is damaged in any way please let us know within three working days by email or telephone. Change of heart If you have a change of heart you must first email us at sales@furniture-revolution.co.uk and our customer service representative will return your email within one working day. All products returned because of a change of heart must be returned in perfect resalable condition It must not be damaged or scratched in anyway and anything containing any software must have the software in original packaging and must be unopened. If any of these conditions are not adhered to we have the reserve the right to refuse a refund. Under the European Distance selling Regulations, customers in the European Union that cancel a contract for purchase of an item(s) within 7 days of receipt of their order will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to you provided the entire order is being returned. If the item(s) returned is part of a larger order, then no delivery charge is refunded. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. 

Availability As ordering the right quantity is not an exact science we will occasionally sell out of a product. In the unlikely case that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order we will refund you accordingly. If the unavailable item was part of an order then we will complete the rest of the order and also refund the delivery charge as an apology for any inconvenience caused.

You'll then have up to 90 days to return the item. We will do our best to replace the item or offer an alternative within 7 days. If no alternative is available or you're still not happy we will refund your offer with no quibbles providing they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging . Reimbursement will be made to the purchaser within 7 days after we are in receipt of the products. 

How do we return it? Simply contact us and our customer service representative will return your email within one working day giving address details etc and guiding you through the returns process. 

Postage and Returns If you return an item because it's faulty or defective we will be happy to refund the postage costs at the Post Office second class rates. If you're returning the item through a change of heart we will not refund any delivery or return postage charges. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
